3 Ways to Creating a Client Love Affair

Of course we want our clients to love us. Like in a romantic relationship, it takes work on our part to woo our clients into a love affair.

And though this may sound idyllic and rosie, the modern approach to this client love affair has taken our brands down to tinder swipes and the ghosting relationships path as well.

But who wants that for their brands?

No one. (Heck we don’t even want it for our love lives).

Let’s bring a little ol’ school love back into our client love affairs. It is easier than you think.

1. Know The Real Them. We all put facades up concerning who we are. We all say one thing, but in our hearts mean another. Take the time to invest into getting to know your clients just for the sake of getting to know them.

2. Shock and Awe. It is one thing to be a brand of your word. Do what you say you are going to do. It is another thing to surprise, awe, and shock in such amazing unexpected ways.

3. Share Your Heart. Don’t let the PC mon-ster stop you from truly sharing how you feel. A watered down, tempered message doesn’t stir the heart of your client like the truth does.

Commit to these three steps consistently and watch the client love head your way.
